if you make a mistake in polarity when measuring the value of DCvoltage in a circuit with a digital VOM what?
Have only ever done this with an analogue Meter, but I would assume it would show a negative reading. The analogue Meter tries to read back from zero...

2 meters is 144-148 MHz VHF this is 1260-1300 MHz it is in the mm range not m
